a stay with slight glitches
the staff in CAFE pluck WERE so Friendly. they suggested a few dishes. the food was very fresh. it felt really worth IT. I ordered starters, main courses, desserts and drinks. the staff curated Everything with perfection. I also ordered takeout for my family.
they were polite, but clueless. I waited 25 minutes for my room at 02am. i also booked transport to gurgaon for 10am at check in. when i checked out, there was no transport. it was CHAOS.

i liked how attentive the staff were to detail. the room had a welcome fruit basket, a lovely touch. i found complimentary water bottles replenished daily. the housekeeping service maintained a consistently high standard..

charmed by my stay
helpful staff king suite excellent service
the staff was very helpful . i got upgraded to a superior king suite. i used the spa area to change after my flight from london. the breakfast area was well-managed with quick and cheerful service. the hotel also hires differently abled people, it made my day better.
the room was terribly smelly i detected sewage smell, and strong fragrance, it was not good. i found the buffet expensive, it was too much for india.

i had a amazing family staycation over christmas. rooms were spacious, festive, and immaculate with cozy beds. the location is easy access to shops and dining for family fun. shivam from the in room dining food and beverage team gave amazing service.
the staff's behaviour it was not good. the rooms were dirty and having bad smell. the hotel don't have all best facilities.

the breakfast cafe was quite spacious.. i appreciated the good distance between the cuisine selections. the 24/7 sports bar's counter seat became my favorite. it offered the perfect vibe after a long day.
the reception staff's unprofessionalism was shocking. the receptionist argued unnecessarily. i was redirected rudely to the travel desk instead of the duty manager.

I found the breakfast cafe spacious, with well-spaced cuisines. deepak provided really good service. His sincerity and attentiveness stood out. the 24/7 sports bar is awesome. I enjoyed the vibes there after a hot day. it was great..
the front desk was slow at check-in. i waited an extended time.

convenient location green spaces quick checkout
The hotel location it is very convenient to reach the airport for early flights. The room was nice, and the surrounding area had many green spaces. The restaurant staff quickly prepared what I wanted, although it was a buffet. Check out was also very quick.
The bathroom needed better cleaning. I found that one of the towels was dirty and greyish. I hope they can improve on these small details.
