the staff was very helpful . i got upgraded to a superior king suite. i used the spa area to change after my flight from london. the breakfast area was well-managed with quick and cheerful service. the hotel also hires differently abled people, it made my day better.

the room was terribly smelly i detected sewage smell, and strong fragrance, it was not good. i found the buffet expensive, it was too much for india.

i had a amazing family staycation over christmas. rooms were spacious, festive, and immaculate with cozy beds. the location is easy access to shops and dining for family fun. shivam from the in room dining food and beverage team gave amazing service.

the staff's behaviour it was not good. the rooms were dirty and having bad smell. the hotel don't have all best facilities.

The hotel location it is very convenient to reach the airport for early flights. The room was nice, and the surrounding area had many green spaces. The restaurant staff quickly prepared what I wanted, although it was a buffet. Check out was also very quick.

The bathroom needed better cleaning. I found that one of the towels was dirty and greyish. I hope they can improve on these small details.
